We want you to love what you wear! If your order doesn’t fit quite right or arrives with an issue, we’re happy to offer you an exchange.
✅ You Can Exchange If:

The product is unused and in its original condition

All tags and packaging are intact

You initiate the exchange request within 2 days of delivery
What We Offer:

Size Exchange (only for the same product, if stock is available)

Exchange for Defective/Damaged Item (with photo proof shared within 24 hours of delivery)

We currently do not offer refunds or order cancellations once your order is placed. We are a small business, and each piece is made/packed with care

For size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

For defective products, we will arrange or reimburse the return courier
