Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If your order doesn’t fit quite right or arrives with an issue, we’re happy to offer you an exchange.

✅ You Can Exchange If:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • You initiate the exchange request within 2 days of delivery

What We Offer:

  • Size Exchange (only for the same product, if stock is available)

  • Exchange for Defective/Damaged Item (with photo proof shared within 24 hours of delivery)

❌ No Refunds / Cancellations

We currently do not offer refunds or order cancellations once your order is placed. We are a small business, and each piece is made/packed with care

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at rushmorclothing@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for exchange

  3. Attach a photo of the product if it’s damaged or defective

Our team will get back to you with the next steps.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • For size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • For defective products, we will arrange or reimburse the return courier

Note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions

  • Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for exchange
